Kevin Calabro is back

Honestly I still don’t know why Barrett was let go. He was good. Kent was the media equivalent of Keljin Blevins. Made zero sense he was on the tv. Literally like asking my neighbor Phil to take over.

This place. I swear that the Blazers could announce they're giving away a free beer to everyone attending a game and about 50% of you would be complaining about the brand.

We're not equating Calabro to free beer are we? :dunno:

I can't stand his voice and half of the shit he says but I'm glad Ernie Kent's Nepotism has it's limits.

Isn't this the place to complain about blazer things?

DVISSSSSS WHATS GOOD!!!

Was just thinking about you the other day. Hope you're well friend.

I just think it's nice to have a real pro giving play by play for our broadcasts again. Kent was not at all experienced enough at this medium of sports broadcasting. Calabro brings the intensity when it's time to, is polished and has a great voice. Obviously I hope there's a young guy with a bunch of experience in the pipeline to call games after Calabro's next retirement but for now this is a good guy to have.

To each their own. I can't stand the guy.

He's ok. Back during the Battle In Seattle days I spent a lot of time up there working and used to listen to their sports radio, Softy would get Kevin on and discredit the Blazers big time, it shocked me a bit because I didnt think he would stoop down to softies level. No way the Shon's would have done that, as he has to much class. Plus you never know who you may end up working for down the line. Anyway Im sure he will do well and embrace this additional opportunity.
