Not one of your best bro. Its to bright, simple and the gradient on the text needs to be changed.

I like the text once again... lolMake the pic smaller, and add a little more to the BG. I like your manips better though.

Just work on the text man, everything else looks good. You definitely don't gotta make manips to be a good designer cuz this shows promise.
