No kidding. At least on that one he could argue he just lost his balance and fell down. It's not like he tried to sell it to the ref (he just got up and ran up the court).
This flopping enforcement system is a joke it's so poorly policed. When a team successfully executes a half-dozen flops in a single game, and one player has three, but gets a warning on one of the less agregous and unsuccessful ones, you know it's mostly lip service.
