KIDD's WIN-LOSS STATS

The Nets currently has a disappointing 5-6 record. I made a comparison on Kidd's performance when they won and lost.

In the Nets' 5 wins:

17.2 PPG - 8.8 RPG. - 9.4 APG. - 2 SPG. - 38 MPG.

In the Nets' 6 losses:

11.1 PPG. - 7.5 RPG. - 8.6 APG. - 0.8 SPG. - 37 MPG.

Kidd has to be involved in the game more, especially in the stretch. The offense must go through him in order for them to succeed. Case in point was the game against Seattle where he had 6 pts., 7 reb., 8 ast. in the first 3 quarters and the Nets led 70-66. In the 4th quarter collapse, Jason Kidd had zero points, zero assists and 2 rebounds.

Interesting stats, but a few times when the Nets won, Kidd wasn't the focal point of offense but still managed to get very good stats.

I don't know if running the offense through Kidd will make us better, but I think we should try it. In the past we were winning because of it, so why not try it, especially when we aren't getting anywhere.

I have noticed that when Kidd is aggressive and drives the ball in, good things happen.

Those stats really tell alot. The offense should run through Kidd for the first half, then in the second Vince can takeover. Or both of them could do the work equally.

The second half is exactly when we start losing, and Carter is most of the time, the focal point of offense.

Carter will give as 20+ points almost everynight and he will be the Nets' primary weapon. But Kidd has to have the ball during the crucial stages of the game, whether it be passing or scoring. We need to have a killer instinct to put the game away and not give up leads. Hopefully the Nets will get past the hump.

It's been really frustrating but we have to have faith. We have the talent, and we have Kidd and Carter to lead.
