Are you guys oregon born and then moved to washington OR did you jump on the band wagon when the supersonics left?
 
I lived in the Portland-metro area for my entire life until 2006, when I moved up here for work.

Born in Vancouver, lived in Hillsboro briefly, then back to Vancouver. So, I'm a Washingtonian, but a lifetime Blazer fan.

Born in Portland, moved around my entire youth, heard the games on AFRTS radio in Germany when the Blazers broke the Celtics' homecourt winning streak in 86, and being 8 decided I would check out every box score about the Blazers I could.

Went to high school in Olympia, where being a Blazer fan in Sonics country was cool until 1994 or so...but then the military shipped me off all over the world. Moved back to WA in 2002, and got off the boats in 2006. Have had Season Tickets since.
 
Born in California, but grew up in Oregon. Moved to Seattle about a decade ago and got an apartment about four blocks from Key Arena a year before the Sonics went out of town... managed NOT to go to a game for that final season. Oops.

The Blazers are the only pro team I actively and consistently follow and root for.

Born, raised, and have lived most of my life in metro Portland.

I currently live in Vancouver.............not that there's anything wrong with that. ;)

Blazer fan since 1976, when I went to my first game and yeah, I lived in Oregon. Tried to get Walton's autograph, but he was so huge I backed off (hey, I was only a first grader.) Moved here in 1992 and never waivered as a Blazer fan.

For what it's worth, most former Sonics fans I know just seem PO'd. They vaguely like the Blazers for all the Seattle connections, but their dislike of the NBA is the stronger instinct. It may change over time . . . and as the Blazers are increasingly fun to watch.

I'm a Portland-native and also live in QA. Love it up here. Though you should check out a Sounders game one of these days; they're a blast.

All of my friends like them quite a bit (well, except for one very squeaky wheel). I watch them on TV with people occasionally... I should probably check them out in person to see what it's all about.

Lived in Oregon my entire life. Been a Blazer fans since I can remember. My dad was a huge fan and I remember being really, really little (like maybe 6 years old?) and I would always hear my dad CLAP! Really loud. Randomly. I would be playing and all the sudden 'CLAP' followed by "YES!".

So I went up to see what the fuss is about, it was my dad watching the Blazers and clapping for good plays lol. It was the early Clyde and Terry days. Like 1986. My mom always called Porter "Worried Terry" because she said he always looked so worried.

Been a fan since and I still remember that half court shot that Danny Young made against the Pistons and the refs called it off. We lost the game. One of the biggest memories of my childhood. That and Chris Webber many years later in the whole timeout thing at Michigan.
 
grew up in the couve and listened to the schonz as i'd drift off to sleep.

most seattle fans don't care about the NBA at this point and don't really root for the blazers.

I grew up in Gresham, OR and lived there up until college. Moved to Corvallis during my OSU days. Moved back to Gresham and lived there for about 6 more years. 5 years ago I moved to Vancouver, WA and have lived there ever since.
 
Born in a Staples rest room to a disfigured wino who died in childbirth, raised by boobirds in the rafters, attacked by crows when I ventured out of my nest made from littered popcorn, I now subsist on day-old misshapen hot dogs and pretzels I steal on off-days, although I get some enjoyment from life using Kupchak's dark office for midnight internet and pissing down from my branch on Laker fans during games.
 
Born and raised in Portland, where I lived for 41 years until my family and I relocated to Houston. I have, and always will be a Blazer fan.
