There may be some nefarious reason for this, but it's even more likely that rich people have figured out another way to make more money with less liability. Even Dodge became an LLC in like 2009 or so. I've heard LLC after company names more and more each year.

Just read the actual article. More headline and no substance as usual. I certainly believe these dumbass LLCs should be public in regards to who owns them.
