When Mike D'Antoni does decide he's going to play Bill Walker, the Knicks look much better on the court, as they did Saturday in their win over the Mavericks.
Walker has put up more than 20 in each of the past two games, while Tracy McGrady's knee has kept him mostly on the bench, playing less than 25 minutes in each of the past two games.
McGrady even admitted after the win he's no longer the clutch performer he once was in Houston.
"You know what I miss. I truly miss being in close games down the stretch of games, being able to take over a game," McGrady told the NY Post. "I miss that. I miss that competition. Right now it's, damn, I'm shaking my head."
