You are Isiah Thomas for a week. Make some trades, sign or release some players, do what you have to do in order to help the Knicks get back on track. They finally get Francis off their hands, and they get a great low post scorer. We pick up a nice expiring and a vetteran. Nate and Crawford both get more minutes. Jones is a unselfish player.Why Memphis? They get a scorer that can put up 16+ game and can fill when Stoudamire is injured. Next sign Aldeman to coach this uptempo team

Can't really sign any free agents, due to the fact that the Knicks have tons of quality players from top to bottom. That would be a sweet trade though.
