Same old Knicks, so laughable they cannot close out this team at home. Same story every season, blow games against the Heat, blow games and leads against the Pacers, blow games and leads against the Pistons. And all 3 of those teams were inferior to the Knicks, the Pistons are inferior by a good margin IMO and have no experience. Now there is a reasonable shot this goes 7, a series that has no business going the distance, NONE. The Knicks are going to get absolutely rolled by the Celtics in the 2nd round. 5 games, and 2 or 3 of the games won't be close is my call.
This is such a low IQ, lack of attention to detail, no creativity team. If Rose keeps Tibs after yet another 2nd round loss, assuming they get by Detroit, I'll flip out. Another one I nailed, Tibs should have been fired after last season as I said at the time.
You know the old saying, the sum of the team is better than its individual parts, well the Knicks are the 10000000% opposite of that. The sum of the team is much MUCH worse than their individual parts. That's what you get when you have a very poorly coached team, which the Knicks are. I see nothing from this team that illustrates good coaching. Their O is dribbling 300 times, toss-up a shot. They play so reckless with seemingly no plan, strategy, or structure. It is very frustrating how it's been the same theme for 3 years running now, and Rose better fire this guy as soon as the season ends, be it this week, or in 2 weeks. Tibs has been very badly outcoached in this series, no surprise unfortunately.
