Seems legit, although I don't see Isiah drafting international; doesn't seem very like him. But Shawne Williams is a possibility as well as Boone and Collins. I would prefer Shannon Brown if he's available. He's the type of shooter and defender in one package that we can use.

Here's more what I think of the prospects we can draft:

Why wouldnt he draft international? Souza seems exactly like the kind of player Isiah would be interested in. Suspect defense, unproven, mostly potential and too expensive(I know I said the Knicks should draft him but 20 is a little too high for him in my opinion). I'm really not interested in Shawne Williams or Boone. I wouldnt mind Mardy Collins at 29 though. I would absolutely love it if Thabo Selofasha was still available at Denver's pick though. Although I doubt Isiah would be bright enough to take him even if he was still there.

Anyway I think Isiah Thomas should be fired.

In this draft especially, I think you'll get burned if you take that approach with the international prospects. It doesn't necessarily mean that there's a can't miss prospect, but players like Sefolosha could easily fill the Knicks' needs and may even have a higher ceiling than some college prospects.

Right at the moment, Shawne Williams looks like he would fit in right with the New York Knicks. He just looks like a Knick.... But, I really don't know if he will be starting though or getting much playing time behind QRich.

He seems like an Isiah type of player, but I don't remember Isiah ever drafting international. The only international prospect I remember was Bruno Sundov. And he did manage to get rid of Layden's international players quickly. His first move was waiving I think his name was Vranes and then he traded Lampe and traded the rights to Milos Vujanic.

Shawne Williams is okay, I'm not a fan of his shot selection and he can definitely stand to stay another year in school. But I won't really complain whoever Isiah drafts. All of his players have panned out pretty well: Damon Stoudamire, Marcus Camby, and Tracy McGrady. When he was with us we got Ariza (not a bad pick for 43), and our three rookies from last year were pretty good.
