KP Meet & Greet

Welcome to our community

Be a part of something great, join today!

:sigh: I miss the glory days of O-live.. I guess that place just couldnt move on without me ;)

PS start posting here exclusively Sly. and bring Lanny and the others

I visit both places. If I want to discuss Blazers and hoops in depth I'll come here. If I want to jump into a giant cluster fuck of insults and trolls I'll go to Oregon Live.
and can I add, If I want to get good ivory tower analysis, kid glove wearing veiled insults, PG rated commentary with exclusive team access I go to Blazersedge. When I want to post and possibly get shot down hard like I deserve, I come here. At least people give it to you straight here and you can actually discuss whatever you want and I mean whatever you want on the OT forum.

I haven't gone to Mos Eisley cantina...I mean O-live in years. "My friend here doesn't like smart posters!" "I'm sorry" "I don't like you either. You just watch yourself, we're wanted men, we got the ban penalty on five forums!" "I'll be careful then." "You'll be dead!"

Again, this year, it will be by invitation only. Would you be on your best behavior? I've seen many of your posts and, trust me, I'm a bit nervous. :pimp:

Your crazy! I will flip that party with strippers and a DJ! Ask KP, he'll tell you how I roll!

Ahhhh..that explains a lot about the political banter in the OT forum...

And Scarlet Black of ESPN fame?

Interesting...
Are you thinking of the long-lost Gym Rat? Or maybe I have my screen names mixed up...who knows?

:cheers::cheers::cheers:

If HCP brings strippers I say let him come!

I just realised how relatively young I am... although I have a few ideas of who might be younger than me even... (looking at the crazies)

Odd that I never show up in photographs or mirrors.

Do we want to bring strippers to the Blazers' practice facility, Zbo might have left a few more unpaid bills then we know about.

I'm sure Zbo left all his unpaid hookers hidden away at the practice facility :devilwink:

where they are still today :devilwink:

lacking nourishment :devilwink:

Zbo left dead hookers in tualitan... :devilwink:

Yea..Gym Rat..but I thought she changed her name to Scarlet Black..maybe not. There are so many names...so many variations...

Yeah, I was wondering if 'ucatchtrout' was 'steelheader' and whatever he was before that...'catch n release' or something. And what about 'Arizona Bay' and 'So Cal Blazers Fan'...are these people still around in some modification?

So Cal Blazer Fan was the most hypocritical 'fan' on any board. He lived in enemy territory and 'claimed' to still hold loyalty to the Blazers. Why move away from Oregon if you're truly a fan of the team?

Last I heard, he moved to Las Vegas and changed his screen name to Storyteller.

The only thing I can think of that is worse than that, Story, is someone moving to Houston.

You're just following in Clyde's footsteps.....

LOL no. My allegiance hasn't switched to Houston.

His barbque place was good though. I think he lives by me also because I see him at the store every now and then.

Funny story about Clyde. My kids and I were at the store and saw him. My oldest son (8) has a Brandon Roy jersey.

Clyde speaks up and says "do you think he's the best player the Blazers have ever had"

My son says "yes sir"

Clyde says "I'm not sir, my name is Clyde Drexler". He shook my kids hands and said "Have you ever heard of me?"

My son says " Oh yeah, my dad talks about you all the time"

Clyde says "ah, so at least I'm his favorite" and laughs.

My son says "no. his favorite is Terry Porter, is he here?"

Drexler laughed really hard and told my son to come seehim at a Rockets game that night and he would have tickets. We went and Clyde gave both my kids a ton of signed crap from his Blazer days. He talked to them during timeouts and quarter breaks and introuced them to several Rocket players. He really went out of his way to make their night special.

That's a great story MM. The guys from that era were truly special. I've met several of them and they are really nice people.
