Lache's mentor

Nice blog and more fact based reasons to see Lyles as a loose-lipped con-man.

ouch on the CSI work about his mom not being on board...Unless thats his grandmother or something in that pic. Good CSI work though.

Lache's mentor part two

...btw, the comments following the first link were worthy of reading too

btw2... the blog's author claims to have just landed Lache's mentor's correct email address yesterday evening (7/30). Quotes from her (Deanna Carter) could be illuminating

Did an interview with Scott Reed. Lots of work by him and he will be coming out with a new article next week probably. He'll have quotes from the family which no one has been able to get at this point. Don't know how he did it but great job.

he said it himself in the interview with you... he had interest, some free time & wasn't some A-hole with an ulterior agenda so those close to the situation were able to trust him

I'm really looking forward to part 3 of this blog

Wow, that was really interesting. I wonder if the NCAA will read any of that?

I wonder if Canzano has read this?

that this hasn't progressed to an investigation might be telling us that the NCAA has heard enough to form reasonable conclusions

Canzano has a legion of readers of who dislike him for obvious reasons. I'd imagine they've been sending him links of this article and mocking him for being unable/unwilling to do the sort of research necessary to get the actual story. Again, this blog's writer has an unrelated 9-5 job so this has been a little side project for him. Outscooping them makes the RG's and O's writers look very lazy and incompetent.

hey haters...

here's the RG's Rob Mosley covering this story. He starts off taking swipes at the blog's author's credibility and concludes that he's hasn't changed his views and Oregon is guilty of something. I really recommend the comments at the end where the blog's author appears and further elaborates. Others who comment generally kick the crap out of Rob and Oregon's other writers

thanks for the message earlier about this. Just getting a chance to sit down and read it!

I miss Tlong... screw Canzano.. I wonder what he thinks about this! :)

what about what was said? Serious, not just being an ass, I'm curious to your thoughts. It seems to put some holes in Lyles' story no? The interviews and comments from people who were involved with Lache?

PS that was also put through Rivals.com which might have a reputation on the line, so I doubt they would just put garbage up there... just sayin

I can't read that entire thing. Too boring. Is there a Reader's Digest version somewhere?

nah go ahead and keep to opinions without research... keep on keepin on ;)

Okay, I've read enough to get the basic gist of the story. The issue I see is if everything being presented is true, then why did Oregon pay Lyles $25K? Also, why were Lyles and Chip Kelly calling and texting each other so frequently?

sorry to hear about your issues with reading. You know how they say a picture paints a thousand words? Well here's the Reader's Digest summation of article's words for you and all Duck haters in a couple pix

Oh really? Like that bogus package he hastily threw together after Kelly told him needed something tangible?
you mean the stuff that was required by the rule changes that he wasn't providing (in writing as required by the new rules)? Thats on Kelly that he wasn't living up to being the professional he'd portrayed himself to be under the premise/understanding that he'd be one? And the Ducks were somehow wrong for letting him go?

pretty damning stuff to be sure. Your star witness looks like a tool and laughing smilies make you look like you're not catching on

It's not even worth arguing with him. He's so desperate for the Ducks to be dirty that he will cling to the idea until the day he dies.
