You call Portland a shit hole? Here's the definition of a shit hole...LA "reclaims" it's sewage for drinking and bathing water. How can Portland possibly be more of a shit hole than that?

Maybe Mamba has drank too much of it in LA to be objective? Maybe you could enlighten us as to why that makes Portland more of a shit hole than LA?

Go Blazers

Edit: Before I get called out, here's a link.

That's unfortunate. Glad our team is in a big city like LA and not some small shit hole like Portland.

Portland > 85% of LA > Inbred Empire

I live in LA, but east of the 405 freeway, it sucks ass. The weather and the money keep me here, but the city sucks. And for the most part, the people from here are some of the worst people imaginable. The stereotypes are true about the citizens (denizens) of LA. Total fucking shitheads.

I was offered a job in Riverside (Sherman HS) and you talk down on Portland when Riverside absolutely blows.

It's like Fresno.

That was classless, I watched it unfold live. I thought LeBron and co. handled it well.

Seemed the Cavs got lots of calls, but I don't feel sorry for LA in the slightest, as they get more calls than any other team. They can cry about it all they want, they simply got manhandled.

Hey watch it, I live in Fresno lol

Was at a bar in Long beach one night....some dude was talking to a chick I came with in a ridiculous yet hilarious way....When I started quietly laughing at him and mocking him (yeah I was buzzed, and he was a moron) he stood up pissed, lifted up his shirt to show his stomach where he had "FRESNO" tattooed (outline only of course, cant afford shading I assume), and says "You see what this says motherfucker"...I said "yeah, its a town I drive though all the time when Im going to better places".

FRESNO tattooed on your stomach....wow

nothing against you of course :clap:

so after he finished kicking your ass and fucking your girl, then what happened?

One thing that stood out to me when I was in L.A. was common fastfood joints had black iron bars on their windows. Same with convenient stores.

you think I would have mentioned the story if that had happened? lol

I stood up and between me being much bigger than him and me telling him to "chill out" since I dont feel like going to jail over a dumbass...he left the bar completely actually never to be seen again

They aren't used to that - you can tell. Got me wondering if the league wasn't trying to send a message. With all the ruckus over TD's book about Kobe being given star treatment, is it possible they want to show everybody on the big stage (X-Mas Day/Lakers vs the Cavs/Kobe vs Lebron) that Kobe DOESN'T get all the calls? There were a lot of whistles that he normally gets that he didn't get tonight. And he was a mad little camper! lol. So was Phil. They interviewed him right before the 4th period and he said he would like to express his thoughts on the game but he didn't want to get fined, then he made some comment about Kobe being "throw to the floor every play". Little dramatic, don't ya' think PJ? Sure was fun to watch those guys melt down when the whistles didn't go their way.

What's funny is that Cleveland had 24 fouls called on them vs. 21 for the Lakers.

Another reason (as if I need another reason) to hate the Lakers and their "fans".

Holy shit, you had him killed!?

thats pretty typical of most big cities, in my experience. growing up in san jose was like that alot. and you also see that out here on the east coast some places

Yesh, overall I wasn't a fan of the city at all.

San Francisco > L.A.
