Lakers forum dead!

Went over to read some of the threads on the Lakers board and I was the only one logged in to their forum. How can this happen on a game day? Then I come back here and there's 41 people logged on.

A lot of them are younger and have school at this time. Also the time difference, plus game time is HOURS away.

They have millions of fans, but yet only have 1 person logged in today on their forum? While we have 41 logged in more than all the other forums combined. No wonder so many Laker fans come here to post.

I just got home from school, and I'm going to nap. I'm not going to base my fandom on how much I post before the game, nor will I sit on the site from now til then just posting in the same game thread or creating tons of thread about the same game. It doesn't make sense. Come game time, it's a different story, but for now, I have my life to lead, and at the moment it's catching up on the sleepless night I got...

We'll all be in our forum and in our thread come game time and half an hour before. It's how we've always been in the past, and how we will continue to be. It is our style and how we operate.

Call it dead, or call it whatever you want, but seeing someone talk trash about my Lakers forum sets me off a bit. It's not like I sit in my Lakers forum all day and make a thread about guy talking too much or something...it's just plain disrespectful if I did that, personally my opinion if I did it I would find myself rude.

I'm not really pissed off nor am I hating on Portland fans. Just speaking my mind and being honest. You know I do come in here occasionally to try to communicate with you guys and you all know I respect you all, so take what I say as me being a jerk please.

We love you Dynasty, but thru no fault of yours it is sorta dead. You guys are real good about getting all the info out there but there are only 5 or so that post there. The are a lot of big name Lakers forums so fans get spread out. This site is relatively new I think so Im sure that has something to do with it

Alot of the Laker fans left when JBB merged with S2, and they never came back. Also our Laker forum isn't known compared to Lakersground and other more established Laker dedicated sites. I understand all this, but I treat those 5-10 guys like family. I'm a tad tired so I'm a tad on edge as well, but I'm very touchy when it comes to my boys, that's all. I'm sure you all would be the same about each other.

Lol, wasn't trying to piss you or any of the Laker fans off, not that I care. My only point was how dead it was over there surprised me. I wanted to get some good game talk in so went to the Laker forum and only 1 person was on. No reason to get all upset, save that for after the game when we win

This forum happens to be where a lot of Blazer fans are, but it doesn't represent the internet. I'm sure other forums have plenty of Laker fans. I know the ESPN board has plenty of immature Laker fans who love to insult Portland all day and all night, if that's what you're looking for. But I warn you, if will make you dumber every time you go there.
