Next I'm coming up with and exercise video: "7-Minute Abs"

Bingo, man, bingo. 7-Minute Abs. And we guarantee just as good a workout as the 8-minute folk.

That's right. That's - that's good. That's good. Unless, of course, somebody comes up with 6-Minute Abs. Then you're in trouble, huh?

I think it's cool. Guy is dreaming big and taking risks. Go for it!

On one hand you feel sorry for Lonzo because he is a hell of a basketball player with a ton of potential that his whacko father is narcissistically destroying with his overbearing handling. Unfortunately I doubt Lonzo has ever had anyone to take him aside to "wake him up" to the damage that his father is doing to his present and future. It's also possible that people have tried, but LaVar has his son so convinced from years of conditioning that only HE has Lonzo's best interests at heart, that he can't see it until it will be too late.

honestly though, the dad kinda made these kids be good at basketball. and he probably does have their best interests at heart.

now, this doesnt mean that he isnt a horrible businessman, or a shitty negotiator, or a pie in the sky dreamer, or anything else. but to lonzo, this guy is just dad. he doesnt exactly seem toxic to me, just a little too eager to reap the rewards.

Yeesh - the Better Business Bureau has a better logo!

Exactly.....that was my first thought too. Made me think of the Better Business Bureau.....which probably wouldn't have anything to do with 'overcompensating ballerz'.

No..... No...... Not 6. I said 7. Nobody is coming up with 6... Who works out in 6 minutes? You won't even get your heart going... not even a mouse on a wheel.

7 is the key number here. 7/11.... 7 doors... 7 man.... that's the number.

7 chipmunks, twirling on a branch, eating lots of sun flowers on my uncle's ranch. You know, that old children's tale from the sea.... It's like you're dreamin about Gorgonzola cheese when it's clearly brie time baby.

Well he's got 3 of 'em. Youngest seems to be the best. These kids have so much pressure on them from this tool.

Won't mention any names, but spoke to two of our guys about this Ball kid coming out and playing against him next season. Said they wouldn't get amped up or pumped up to play against him. Said they wouldn't treat the matchup any different than another night. Said HE didn't say all that stuff about being better than Curry, his dad did.

HCP: "So what do you think of this Ball kid and his dad?"

Meyers (starting to tear up): "I wish I had a dad!"

I get the feeling there will be one obscure shoe brand who will mortgage the farm on this dad and kids. There's always one schmuck willing to listen out there - New Balance perhaps?

I don't know if an obscure/small shoe brand can afford to risk $1 billion on three athletes (only one of whom can actually be marketed around right now).

More likely one of the Chinese brands that wants to penetrate the US market - not so much because they will sell well here, but it will give them added cred in their own domestic market.

I'm sure Starbury brand would happily do it.

They'd have to sell a lot of $15 shoes to give LaVar the $1 billion he seeks. Plus, he doesn't seem like the type that will want his brand known for $15 sneakers. Afterall, his son is better today that Steph Curry and LaVar himself could beat Michael Jordan 1-0n-1.

Billion dollar ego, 10 cent brain.

Pretty sure the steve nash photo was because of what the dad said about having too many white guys.

If Curry shoes not selling why would Ball shoes sell. Under armour have to discount Steph shoes due to there not selling.
