I'm kind of bummed about this. I still think Jake is going to be a really nice player when given a consistent role. That contract is really reasonable too.

I would've matched but understand given our roster situation.

I'm not sure about your TPE question, but it sure seems that's happened before....that a S&T is worked out so a team at least has a TPE for 'losing' a player
