actually our best player is now MSL. Check what he's done the past 4yrs. A caller on WFAN said he has the most points in the league the past 4 seasons. Don';t know if it's 100% accurate but his numbers are great.

IDD but he just stepped into the rotation tonight straight off the plane from another team. A guy like Nash we expected to have goal totals in the high 30's to low 40's. He is barely making those numbers in TOTAL points the last 2 years albeit last year he missed a lot of time. Now we have an offensive minded coach and we still get no goals from our best players. I know it isn't fair to compare him to 2 of the other best guys in the league but Malkin and Cindy have 144 points between them at this point. If Nash is making 7.5 million this year those guys should be making 15 million per each.

I'd like to think that if someone is wearing a jersey that is a different color than the one your wearing, and he's sitting in front of the net, that he'd be easy to locate and put a body on.

Leaving players unmarked, who sit in front of the net is a common theme for this team. It's been happening all year, 3 or 4 times tonight, so the fact that Toronto scored the winning goal that way doesn't surprise me.

I'd let Talbot start til he starts to struggle. Maybe it lights a fire under Hank and gets him some rest cuz he has been soft lately and taking bad angles on shots. Also, I'd move Stepan and Richards because Stepan is sucking out there. Richards, St. Louis and Nash should be the line.

He doesn't use his size at all, he is not close to a guy that can take over a game. Why people raved about him and he commands the salary he commands is simply beyond me.

The only goal I'd really blame on Hank is the penalty shot (surprisingly enough), because he left his legs wide open. I don't mind sitting him though, because the defense seems to play better in front of Talbot.

Nash bonehead play not picking up anyone at the end, strahlman on the second goal was facing hank with his back to the play and finally turned around as the puck was going in and even McDonagh was getting beat all night by guys skating passed him. Kreider is playing on eggshells as every time he bumps into someone they go down and refs hand go up. Would like to see kreider with richards and St. Louis and get him away from stepan who is awful and nash who is back to the ballerina spin moves again. Put hags with those 2 as he couldn't put the puck in the ocean anyway. This is another game that you come away from shaking your head how the hell didn't we win it. And AV how about getting the guy in with 11 or 12 wins or whatever it is in the nets who seems to be throwing a shutout almost every game he's in there. Why the hell was Miller sent back to Hartford? He does nothing but prove that he can play at this level every time they bring him up, and all they do is send him back down.

If MZA is back tomorrow night I think Miller stays down. If MZA is not back then I bet Miller is back up to play on the 3rd line. They don't see much value in having Miller play on the 4th line up here, and I can't say that is crazy.

Last night happened because of what I posted above. If he isn't back up tomorrow night if MZA is out still, then I will be angry.
