font choice isn't too great, nor is the bevel. i think you coulda done something else with the b/g than the starburst effect. oh yeah work on your cropping, it looks like you used the magic wand.

I always use the magic wand on portraits and erase all the bad parts. I wanted a return to simplicity with the starburst effect. My fonts reakky suck don't they?

It probably wouldn't be as bad if you didn't use bevel and maybe used 1 pixel of stroke. Try using some layer effects on the player too, like overlay or something.

I agree with TNG and Az, the Bron pics in the corner are pretty snoozish. Backround could be better also. Work more on your cropping.
