The case was refiled later that month.

The second and third iterations of the complaint accused Trump of only a single act of rape, but said he had "sexual contact" with the accuser on three other occasions. A declaration from an anonymous witness attached to the later suits continued to accuse Trump of four acts of rape or sexual assault.​

But DailyMail.com has learned that the real reason the suit was dropped is because the claims were simply NOT true.

The woman first sued Trump and Jeffrey Epstein under the name Katie Johnson - a name we know not to be her real identity - on April 26 in California federal court and filed an amended complaint in New York federal court in October, claiming she was subject to rape, criminal sexual acts, assault, battery and false imprisonment.

The court papers offered no corroborative evidence that her claims were true.

News that the allegations were dropped dismayed Hillary supporters who had hoped the claims would be the knock out blow for Trump's election campaign - already rocked in recent weeks by a string of sex assault claims.

You have the word of someone who didn't show up for press conferences, and has had the case thrown out 3 times now.

She chose a civil court because there's a much lesser burden of proof and because the claim would harm Trump's election chances.

There is no statute of limitations for rape in NY. If there's a crime, he'd be prosecuted. Why didn't she come forward all along?

Well, see, that's the funny thing. Nobody here is racist. You just decide to call everyone a racist, when you disagree with what they say when its critical towards black people. You see race in almost every discussion. You're so jaded into thinking every person out there is an enemy of yours.

Instead of name calling, and inciting violence, try other tactics that you implore everyone to use here (which you rarely use yourself).

See, in this thread we have multiple reasons why I would murderize everyone here. I got picked on by highschool kids when I was 10 or 11 because I was their size. Most big kids never have to fight. I have Dviss' mentality with size. Watch out or I'll come to Mt Tabor and throw some people off of it.
