I vote for Sig B. Better background, text (not by much), pic effects. Just better overall IMO.

B, the text is better, the bg is better, render effects are better, A is not horrible by any means, but needs a smaller render, and better text, good job to both of you

Sig B is an overall better sig. The coloring i think could be better but good job. Sig A the text and pic placement/size ruins it.
