More proof that Lil Wayne's a punk bitch. And the single most overrated rapper ever. Wow, he's so terrible.

You do realize how many rappers "swagger jack"? It's not just Wayne. Don't hate.

Where did I say anything about Dipset being better?

They swagger jack as much as the next guy, I'm just laying out an example to show that Wayne's not the only one.

Don't hate.

Oh, ic. Well, I'll hate on Lil Wayne AND Dipset then. They both suck.

What line did he "jack" and from whom? I don't feel like listening to that garbage.

Tupac, Jay-Z, Biggie, DMX, Alliyah, etc.

Well he stole lines from good artist, so it's not garbage.

Nas has bit lines before. Kweli has bit lines before. It's nothing new.

we never EVER hear about him over here. He seems like a little punk bitch that 13 year old girls love. Also he sounds like that penguin from Toy Story.

A lot of Weezy's tracks are improvised, legit freestyles... and a lot of those are clear cases of paying homage... and not to mention, did they seriously include lines that he took from other Cashmoney artists, like that would matter?

False.

Wait...
There was a penguin in Toy Story?

Voodoo Child went from saying that all rap is horrible to being on the nuts of the worst rapper out there. I don't get it.

Yano I don't really get it either... weird...

So that's how Bun B taught him how to rap, huh?

C3 is sooo bad. I don't understand why people like this guy. I mean he has swagger that some people like but his rapping is on par with Vanilla ice, you could be listening to him and be like okay, that was a decent line, then the next line not even know what he said or what he is talking about after that. He was ok back in the day, on the Hot Boys but now he sucks.

"This is da crack house, welcome to da crack house!!"

Wow. I never thought Lil Wayne was the best rapper alive, much less ever, but I did think he was pretty good; I have heard rappers use lines from other songs, but not whole lines, much less whole verses.

I'm a diehard Biggie fan and seeing Wayne just straight copy his shit makes me want to delete all the Lil Wayne from my iTunes, PSP, whatever, you name it. Especially stealing from Tu, another great, and Jay-Z (the best rapper alive, in my opinion).

But what the ****, who steals whole verses from dead R&B artists? That's just whack.

Oh, and by the way, the Jay-Z thing was a joke, for those that didn't know.
(Though, admittedly, I do like his music. :S)

Err ... many rappers steal from each other, yes, but stealing like Weezy did is ... not normal nor should it be accepted. >.>

How can you guys sit here and seriously think that he "stole" these lines and thought he would get away with it? So many people listen to Weezy, and he knows that its basically impossible. Most of these are just homages to some of the best rappers of all time, and there all mixtape songs, where it doesn't really matter. There not gonna get any exposure at all, and hes just trying to flow.

The hate for Weezy is just as immense as it is on any other board I go to. I dont LIKE Weezy alot but I respect him. Its the cool thing to do now if you hate Lil Wayne, and it makes you "true rap fan".

They just can't think of anymore original things to "sing" about. Pretty much all the bud, sex, punani, cars, bling, cheddah, and crack have been covered.

LOL the majority of those weren't homage, I haven't heard him shout out, to any of the rappers/singers(S.M.H) he stole lyrics from.

Are you kidding? Most of those lines were definite homages, spit to keep the flow going. Like MrBigShot said, most of those are from mixtapes took, which a lot of you clearly miss the concept of.

That's a pretty jaded perspective, don't you think?

don't matter what it's on, your gonna take someones lyrics, you gotta put out some kind of shout or people gonna believe you really stole those line.

You don't see him mention Aaliyah once in this song

Real people who get rap and Lil Wayne dont need explanations that, "Oh by the way this is a shoutout to ______"

Its just pure stupid to think that he thought he was able to get away with jacking multiple lines when hes the most followed rapper in the world.

Rather than debate the intent he had (steal or pay homage) that's all a moot point to me. I've never regarded Wayne as a creative writer, and the fact that he uses other people's lines just keeps supporting my opinion.
