Hey, I guess Thibodeau did manage to teach him how to stand like that:

See those shoes? No "Wildcat" print! I want Black ones!
On the first three days of camp:
"I think I've played better each day. The first day was kind of just a break-in day. We broke ourselves into just being here. The second day was better, I actually scored the ball better on the second day. That was a day that I decided I was going to pick up full court and try to just be a defender, you know what I mean? Just be that for the day. And today was another step up. I thought I played better. Today was my best day, scoring-wise, defensively. I think I've gotten better each day."
On his defense:
"Being a part of this team, or to give myself a chance to be a part of this team, I know I'm going to have to be able to defend. I'm not going to be out there for eight minutes straight. It'll be four, maybe five minutes, and I've got to be able to go out there and leave it all out there, whether that's picking up guys full court and just wearing them out or trying to cause turnovers and just being a guy that can space the floor and knock down jumpers. So I've just been trying to see what I can do to help this team."
(Lillard hit a big step-back three-pointer over Bradley Beal to give his team a 22-17 lead with 19.0 seconds left in the final scrimmage of the day. Afterward, he laughed and said something to the opposing team as players walked to their benches for a timeout.)
Why were you laughing after hitting that three? What did you say?
"I started laughing because they knew I was going to do a step-back. So I did a step-back and I made it. And (Kevin Durant) said: 'I knew that was coming.' And I said, 'I knew you knew it was coming. (Beal) knew it too.' That doesn't make it any easier to stop it."
Feel good to finally hit a big shot?
"I had hit a few jumpers yesterday and today, so I felt good about it. The ball is still slippery. But that shot, it was like the end of the game right there. Everything was kind of out the window at that point. Some shots fall, some don't. That just happened to fall."
Well Steve Blake still wears the Kobe 8 System iD sneakers. So there will be a little Lakers blood in the Blazers locker room.
Is that Chad Buchanan with Olshey?
