The Taliban have given up the idea of inviting Al Queda in to their country to train. Also, except for one incident in London, they have never attacked anyone outside their country. I don't like the way they would rule Afghanistan but I can't see them returning to the reason why we invaded them in the first place.

Of the Trump minions, he is the most foul. He is the most brain blind politician in Congress.

More foul than Sen. Ted Cruz?
More foul than Rep. Matt Gaetz?
More foul than Rep. Josh Hawley?
More foul than Rep. Newt Gingrich?
Wow, that's saying something.

He is the most because he is a political leech, especially since he and VP Biden were bi-partisan. The ones you mentioned deserve worst than the word "foul".

If in 20 years the Afghan government hasn't been able to stand on its own, how many more years should the US prop it up?

Ted Cruz also deserves consideration for the worst human being. Neither are brain blind, they both know exactly what they are doing which makes them that much worse.

Putin will go in as soon as we leave. He will arm and probably help train Al Quaida/ISIS then send them our way.

For me, Brain Blind" is condition someone has when they cannot recognize the opinion and situation of others. At one time, Joe Biden said he was a partner in bi partisanship. However, as we see, he had been radicalized by the GOP extremists.

Imo, none.
Too many tribesmen want to be chief. What a great unifier the US is. We come in and immediately they all want to kill the invader. We don't belong there. We are too belligerent as the failed lessons of British and Russians were ignored by our administrations.. You know, if Lindsay Graham thinks we should stay, he should set his office up in Kabel.

We shouldn't be involved at all when countries are made up of tribal lords and they are killing in the name of religion. Unfortunately the women and children suffer the most amongst these religious wars. Women have zero rights under many of the tribes and if you are of another faith, well, they will exterminate ya.

What if they start beheading women when the want to be schooled or have human rights?
The Taliban are very tough on their own people, where killing is a way to keep right with their all mighty.

I want to say, “their roof their rules,” and that we should stay the hell out of other countries domestic affairs. If their people allow/can’t prevent evil to ultimately triumph, then it’s on them. But I realize it’s more complicated than that and sometimes the international community has to step in to stop atrocities from happening. I neither trust nor want the U.S. to be the world’s police, though. Not since WWII and perhaps the Korean War has the U.S. been a net positive when we’ve used the military to resolve regional conflicts, so I tend to lean towards the “stay out of their shit” option.
I agree we need to stay out.

Under the Taliban, women will no longer go to school.

Their roof, their rules. If they want to live like they’re still in the stone age, that’s their call to make. We have no problem leaving indigenous groups to their way of living. Why not apply the same here? It’s not about human rights BS, it’s all geopolitical gamesmanship. Fuck that. Leave them be. They’ll work it out on their own eventually.
Women might not like it but they don't get a vote.

That being said, there are a lot of repressive governments. The US does not have any right to overthrow them all.

Yeah, troop withdrawal is always a messy situation, regardless of President, which is a good reason not to send troops in in the first place. Bush, Obama, Trump and Biden have all put off troop withdrawals that they promised, because it's a difficult thing to do in a clean way without creating any bad outcomes.

You misspelled his first name. It’s Gym, not Jim. Come on, I’ll bet even his mom thinks it’s funny and spells it that way.
The wrestling coach that likes young boys?

There is a big difference between war (Big Bush) and nation-building (Little Bush). The former is short and cheap.
