I would keep Claver one more year like he mentioned. He might not want to sit but I really like having him available. If he could improve his outside shot he would definitely help us.

I would try to work a trade with Philly. They have like 5 second round picks. Trade Claver for one of the second rounders. It gets Paul his draft pick fix, it opens a roster spot for Portland, and it gives Claver a chance to compete for playing time.

I love Claver and really wish he could play more but it really is on him. Everything else is there but he has to get at least consistent with the jumper to stay on the court

Meyers Addition: really does recognize that hitting 25 jumpers in a row unguarded and dunking from the free throw line doesn't get him squat in a game. He is trying to get as much game time as possible this summer, including at the Clips facility (which is great IMHO).

Yup... the NBA is giving Cleveland another mulligan for picking Anthony Bennett, so they're trading the #1, Tristan Thompson, and Dion Waiters to us for LA.

We will promptly take a center #1 and watch Wiggins and Parker become the next LeBron and Durant.

Yet what he was saying was legitimate. The only way he will get better is with playing time. He has not played center that many years competitively.
Can he get better? I have no clue. But there is no question he needs actual game time to improve.

Altitude training is only good for a few weeks after you leave. It doesn't last all season. He needs Epo.

We should just trade him to San Antonio so he can become an elite bench player. He will automatically shoot 40% from 3.

Crabbe isn't nearly cocky enough to be an elite shooter in the NBA. He reminds me of Martell Webster when he was a rookie.
