Aw, I suspect the day will come when citizens will come to the end of tolerating any stupidity. A clean sweep though non peaceful areas placing everyone who even appears to be a gangster or lacks a visible means of support
in a work detention camp for about 5 years should break the trend. It may take an unannounced sweep for 4 or 5 days straight to clean up the place but it will work.

I just watched Dirty Harry for the first time since I was a kid and I bet that there are people on this forum who actually believe that Clint shouldn't have tortured the bad guy to try and find a missing teenage girl.
