Halvorson's Island.

I'm sure the home has been updated since the late 60's, but it was pretty neat back then when developer Carl Halvorson (Mt. Park, Black Butte Ranch, Little Whale Cove) and his family lived there. Knew his daughter Kalli and hung out there a few times. Had a tower with a secret staircase.
