LMA out 1 week, Leonard out 2 to 3 weeks

There are six teams with worse records than Utah. Utah recently beat Miami. We are not a good team without Aldridge. But without Freeland and Leonard too? We're screwed. Will be interested to see who will pick up from D League tomorrow.

We were beating the Spurs at full strength when we were a lottery team. We've got this.

Release the Claver!!

I thought LaMarcus had the groin pull before the ASG. Then he played in the game (poorly as it turns out), but won't play in our games. I wouldn't care so much if Leonard hadn't gotten hurt too.

Looooookin' good!!!

C
Lopez
Robinson

PF
Batum
Claver

SF
Matthews
Wright
Crabbe

SG
Lillard
McCollum

PG
Williams
Watson
Barton

Regardless, I'm glad they are going to sit LaMarcus now and have him heal up. We need him healthy.

Spurs, without Parker, beating Clippers in LA. Tomorrow will be tough even if Duncan sits it out. Spurs are so good.

Lillard responds to LMA being hurt.

That's why I don't have him starting. If he does, Batum will have to be PF almost immediately due to Robinson's fouls, so why not start Batum at PF. Like in the lineup I posted.

Injuries can help teams by giving the bench playing time and confidence. I think Robinson will step up and make the most of his time. This is also Claver's chance to showcase himself.

Re: Aldridge out a week with groin pull

Reading this board and people's opinions of the players one would think the Blazers were the worst team in the league.

Not sure how much D Lopez should play in the first 3 quarters. He can NOT get into foul trouble. He needs to play 35 minutes.

TRob needs to play a solid 13-15 at center

At PF I can see Trob with about 17, Claver around 23, and maybe Wright with the last 8 minutes.

I am hoping we can at least guard their stretch 4's.

I see a LOT of CJ / Mo / Lillard in our future, with Wessy/Batum at PF. Should be hilarious... I mean interesting!

I hope so! It'll be fun to see a small ball lineup of Lillard/CJ/Matthews/Batum/Lopez. We've got the shooters to do it. Have Claver back up Batum at the 4 and Wright/Barton the 3. At the very least we can take another crack at the 3pt record.

I put as starters the only 5 players left who can play many minutes without foul trouble. If anyone else starts, his fouls will soon cause him to go to the bench, replaced by the guy I said should have started.

Hopefully Claver seizes this opportunity and can work his way out of a suit.
Looking forward to seeing him on the court!

Claver was my 2nd-favorite player last season. I advocated for him a lot, but this season I've been consumed with the amazing success of Earl Watson. For example, notice how good we suddenly got this season with Watson giving players advice?

If Leonar_ played more, this would cancel each other out. Hopefully T-Rob steps up. Ironic that the trade deadline is tomorrow with Hawes out there

The first game Aldridge misses this season = The game his caricature glass is given out to all attendees.

Luckily, the Earl Watson, Meyers Leonard, Victor Claver, and Will Barton glasses won't jinx us too badly.

Ouch! Right when Leonard gets his opportunity.

Aldridge now too? I hate the all star game. Looks like T-Rob will be playing the whole game.

Trade for a big man!

it didn't happen in the ASG and it was something that could have happened at any point. he had 9 minutes of very light action.

I'm excited to see what Roninson will do with some extended run. This is his first opportunity with us to actually be a key piece of the team so maybe it will unleash the beast bound inside him while he goes like godzilla over the opposition
