1. Grand Jury and Tunchi have not used the same IP address. I have no verifiable evidence that they are one in the same.

2. Grand Jury has not insulted anyone or threatened anyone like Tunchi did.

3. Not liking what someone has posted is not a valid reason to ban anyone.

4. I have spoken with many members of our staff and with Grand Jury. If he breaks any of the very few rules that we have he will be gone.

Is not one of those very few rules not constantly and intentionally baiting other forum members? I thought that was why Mixum got banned.

Differing opinions are great. It's what keeps forums alive. But, there is a difference between voicing an unpopular opinion and deliberately posting the same tired shit over and over and over ad nauseum for the sole purpose of provoking other posters.

Arguing with people makes them think. Baiting them just pisses them off.

I completely agree with you. Grand Jury pisses me off with a lot of the crap he posts. You are one of our most respected members here, try talking with him. If that doesn't work we can go from there.

One thought on baiting for me is I have to be interested in the bait. Grand Jury doesn't really post much bait for me. It's pretty obvious to see what he's doing and easy to ignore. Ignoring him will either make him change his ways or leave for someplace else that will take his bait.
