..."Thick As a Brick"...still have the album.

...one song title on the whole album...Thick As a Brick Part I & Part II

and as you would agree I'm sure: "Pure Class"; ie, Thick as a Brick.....

"Really don't mind If I sit this one out......." (that is what the crook should of done, after the 1st failed attempt)....

Ian Anderson, standing on one leg, while playing the flute, was more incredible than seeing a Heron or Flamingo, on one leg....

IMO, Ian could out stand a Flamingo, while playing that flute for hours on end.....

AOL.com? Lol! Probably has a fax machine too. :devilwink:

I use my fax to send restaurants back their lunch specials.

...no, but kudos for wrongly assuming...and thanx for reviving this.

...still waiting for an explanation of why having a free aol email address is so funny.

I don't get it, is AOL suppose to be obsolete? I mean I don't have it myself but I know a lot of people that use it.

...^^^ rick, what I find funny is that others find it funny. Like I've said I don't pay for my email account...I also don't pay anything for my google and yahoo email accounts either. I also read espn articles but do I also pay them to be an "insider"?...hell no.
...as I've already pointed out multiple times, the email address I have with aol is the very first one I ever had and it's the same one that all my friends, relatives, and 20 year old business contacts are familiar with.

...and hey, I also have the same phone I've had for years and years...am I supposed to change that too?

Its funny because its ancient history...like carrying a flip phone. There is something of a status symbol regarding domain names these days, kinda like a vanity plate for your car. Regarding directing others to a new account and/or consolidating email accounts, this a as simple as a change of address process.

The other reason for the humor is that AOL still represents the last of dial-up internet access. No worries, AOL is likely to merge with yahoo this year...so that stigma will finally go away.

...^^^my yahoo account is old (ancient history) too...is it OK if I keep that too? Like I've said, in addition to my aol address, I also have a yahoo and gmail address but my aol account works well and I actually like the layout so why change it?...and "status" has nothing to do with it.

...how about my landline phone #?...is that permissible according to the ACME Judgment Co?

...I don't carry a "flip phone" so I guess I won't be condemned to purgatory for that too. And what about my 65 year old tractor?...or my 10 year old truck?...

...I don't use "dial up" service for the internet, so I guess I get a pass for that too?...and is it OK if I keep that phone # as well as my cell #?

...and wait, what's this?......I can use a "change of address" to redirect my AOL address?... really, no kidding?...but again, why should I?...because people I don't even know think it's "funny" and attach a "stigma" to it?...sorry, not gonna happen.
