Looking For A Soundbar Under $200

I'm shopping for a soundbar (and wireless subwoofer) to be equipped with a 52" Samsung LED TV. If possible, wanting to pay under $200. Is there anything decent out there with that criteria?

This was my 2nd choice. Appears to have a sweeter range, overall, but lacks a subwoofer, which I think will be important when playing certain movies or music. Can purchase it (elsewhere) for $199, as well:

...nice work, the Vizio seemed to be the best of the bunch for your budget. Yamaha is usually better quality, but their model appears to be somewhat out-dated because it did not offer the same features and/or HDMI options. Let us know how it sounds once it's all hooked up, Merry Xmas!
