The DNC?
I don’t know if we need to ascribe outside malicious intent to the provable idiocy of the DNC though. They want establishment policies which are by their nature opposed to prioritizing humans over corporations. If they gave a shit about human life, we’d see a lot less hang-wringing and a lot more lever-pulling politically. Not both, you need to flip a coin.

It's not "some malevolent organization". It's literally corporations writing the laws that govern the people.I'll never understand the theory that the DNC is somehow powerful. It's really quite the opposite.
If the DNC suddenly ceased to exist, politics in the USA would continue on as-is without any noticeable changes.
The lever-pulling that needs to happen is in the voting booth.
We have the shitty politics we have not because of some malevolent organization operating behind the scenes, but because the citizens of this fine country just don't care.

The DNC and RNC have a greater duopoly than Pepsi and Coke. Far greater.
Well yeah. The same corporations that fund the DNC and RNC also fund the media...Not to mention the mainstream media not reporting on legitimate issues and creating false narratives to further divide Americans. Trump voters are not bigger threats to me and my life than the elitists in the Democratic party. And the Republican party.

I use the VA pharmacy for Eliquis which I've been taking twice a day for 8 years....I paid the VA 13 dollar copay for 2 prescriptions just recently and one was a 3 month supply of Eliquis...sounds like you're using Medicare's insurance? I've saved a lot since I switched to the VA for my heart meds instead of using my Medicare. Nice thing about the VA pharmacy is also that they mail my meds to me. They just added the copay back on after the relief from copay Biden had put in place. That's gone now.Instead of maybe learning something from the Mangioni affair, it's like the insurance companies are saying "fuck you" and doubling down. I am on Eliquis. For the past 5 years I have paid $40 a month for the first 9 months of the year. Then I fell into the "coverage gap" and paid $145 a month for the last 3 months of the year. Went in today to pick up my first refill of the year and was told it was going to be $126 from here on out(??!!??). So I called Regence to find out why, especially since Eliquis had supposedly been renegotiated to bring the cost down for seniors. Basically, since Biden stuck a gun to their heads the insurance/pharma companies have rejiggered the game so that they can apparently charge even more. Eliquis has been "rescheduled" to a lower tier and Regence has done away with the coverage gap (and present it as a generous act on their part) so that now, once my prescription costs go over $2000/year, I no longer have a copay. I am on 7 (count 'em, 7) prescriptions and the cost of other 6 combined for an entire year does not equal the cost of Eliquis for one month under the new price. In other words, unless I am put on another expensive medication, I will never reach the $2000 in a year. So...........from here on out my annual prescription costs will be at least $1000 per year MORE than they were in previous years. I guess that's how the insurance companies pay for the added private security for their thieving executives........American greed at it's finest.

I have never asked for much from the VA other than one State VA home loan and my educational benefits (along with the veterans discount at the dispensaries) but I will finally be looking into VA for health care. The VA can't be any more screwed up than Medicare supplemental insurance. Though they seem to go out of their way to renege on the promises made at the time of enlistment. But yes, the time has come for all those who wanna make "American Great Again" to underwrite Big Pharma greed for those Americans who actually donated years of their lives so that those who didn't can trash this country and the people who defended it.I use the VA pharmacy for Eliquis which I've been taking twice a day for 8 years....I paid the VA 13 dollar copay for 2 prescriptions just recently and one was a 3 month supply of Eliquis...sounds like you're using Medicare's insurance?
