OT Looks like I'm having a heart operation

They do two CAT scans today, one at the VA and one at OHSU. The one at OHSU is highly specialized and has that type of CAT scanner in the state. They need to know if they can go in through a thigh artery or if they'll have to go through the chest to correct my failing heart valve.

I've tried out before but they all threw up when I danced in my thongs.

I goofed. There are other CAT scanners like the one at OHSU in Oregon and they are getting one at the VA. It's round with a small hole like an MRI. The other test was a nuclear contrast to see the blood flow in and out of my heart.

You are talking about the one that is a bed with a vertical circle you go through back and forth several times. I had one of those for my appendigitis a year ago.

Just did the actual MRI last Saturday. The first time I have done that. Where you go all the way in and it's loud. The tech gave me head phones with some good music though. It wasn't too bad, just long.
