We're so close to a top 5 pick but I just don't see us keeping up with the Timberpups and Sixers, they're masters at tanking.
There is no substitute for experience. If you've never been in the tank-offs, you just don't realize the level of discipline and focus that is required.

March 21st through 28th is going to hurt. Milwaukee, Knicks and Timberwolves at home, then Lakers away. We need to go no better than .500 there.

We do play the wolves three more times, New Orleans twice and Philly once; need to come up with special game plans.

This is no time for a winning streak. Start Meyers!

We're bout to drop the next three and have the 7th pick. We could realistically lose 11 of the next 16, if we're lucky.

The seventh pick and a potential Memphis lotto pick would be pretty nice. You could probably combine those and get a really nice youngish vet starter or move up to 5th in the lotto.

A bad day. Memphis won and Dallas, MN and NO all lost.

Any day the Blazers beat the Spurs, especially when Aldridge is playing, is a good day in my book.

I love seeing the Blazers play well against a good team. The Spurs had won 11 of their past 13. Both K Leonard and Aldridge played well. Spurs overall shot 47.7% fg. They had a good game. Blazers played better.

If the Blazers make the Playoffs, I'll be ecstatic because they're playing well and fun to watch. That's why I'm a Blazer fan. If they don't make the playoffs, I see the lottery as a consolation prize that will help us 2-3 years down the road.

I count today as a good day to be a blazer fan.

All of this.

Memphis won again, seem to be playing better. Seems now there is no chance they fall into lottery. Denver won again, 2nd game in a row successfully played Jokic together with Plumlee. They have by far the toughest schedule but they are tough and hungry.

Dallas lost bad; MN seems to be missing Bjelica; neither of these two teams seem interested in passing us. NO won against Houston, even without Cousins.

Just found this article going over who has what pick, past history stuff.... Its long, but was a pretty good read. The guy has a great sense of humor, and doesn't like the Lakers, so that's a big plus. Lol. Anyways.....

(does "The Ringer" qualify as clickbait??? Reguardless, it was decent.)

"The Guy" is Bill Simmons aka one of the best in the business at being Bill Simmons.

Thanks for shring.

I'm upset that BOS/WAS haven't overtaken CLE. They, along with UTH, are our best bet at improving the CLE pick.

I'm also pulling for ATL and TOR to improve our MEM pick. TOR is currently ahead, so they need to stay ahead. ATL is just a couple games behind.

Basically, the EC 2-5 seeds winning, along with HOU and UTH, are our best bet at improving our draft picks. Go those teams!
