why?
I personally don't care if Women want to be players, I don't hold a double-standard or anything but that is another matter.
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's sure a double standard to me. Do you ask if the man had voluntary sex before allegedly raping?
I have never heard of a victim having intercourse again that soon, whether she really likes to have sex with various men is something I do not care about. Credibility, and probability of something occurring has always been relevant.[/
I have. Frequently. Sometimes a violated woman wants badly to be with someone she likes. Sometimes a violated woman feels she has totally lost the right to say no. I know of one woman who after a rape called 3 different men within 24 hours for sex and later said she'd been made a whore by the rapist and was acting like one.
I dont' think out of your limited male experience you can pronounce on what rape victims "always" or "never" do.
Oh yes, is there maybe just maybe just possibly a credibility problem with the alleged rapist? Is his previous or subequent behavior relevant? Or is it just a woman who must be scrutinized to see if she was pure enough to not be "asking for it"?
