A guest on the Jim Rome show just said that Kobe's top choices to replace Phil Jackson are Nate McMillan and Jeff VanGundy.

Are you fucking joking? I don't know you, and I'm not going to pass judgement, but what the fuck does someone's VOLUNTARY sex life have to do with whether or not that person was INVOLUNTARILY RAPED? I am stunned when I see this kind of "logic" or "justification" or whatever it is trotted out in passing judgement on whether or not a woman was assaulted. It leaves me speechless. I hope I misunderstood your post, and if I did, I apologize.
why?
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's sure a double standard to me. Do you ask if the man had voluntary sex before allegedly raping?
I have. Frequently. Sometimes a violated woman wants badly to be with someone she likes. Sometimes a violated woman feels she has totally lost the right to say no. I know of one woman who after a rape called 3 different men within 24 hours for sex and later said she'd been made a whore by the rapist and was acting like one.
I dont' think out of your limited male experience you can pronounce on what rape victims "always" or "never" do.
Oh yes, is there maybe just maybe just possibly a credibility problem with the alleged rapist? Is his previous or subequent behavior relevant? Or is it just a woman who must be scrutinized to see if she was pure enough to not be "asking for it"?
You can be a blazer fan and like Kobe. Now if it was he likes the blazers and likes the lakers then thats not allowed. Kobe is an amazing player, people hate him because of what he was acussed of. He is just a normal person who made a mistake or believed to have made a mistake, that has nothing to do with how he plays the game
