I thought I commented on this already but I guess not...Tone down the brightness on this, you cant see where LT meets the background at all. I'd also re-do the text I'm not feeling that font or the text effect. Overall I think it's too white I'd put more color into it.

I'm opposite on the brightness. With sigs, I love brightness. The text though, I feel the same as JHair.
