I hope everyone is enjoying this spectacular show. This is one of the most spectacular eclipses I've seen--and it is at a decent hour! It's about 2/3 gone now. The moon will completely disappear around 10:15 EST I think.
 
The moon was bright as hell when I was driving home from Collingwood a couple hours ago. I don't know if that's what you're referring to.

Is the fact that I can see so many stars related to this eclipse?
 
I was wondering about that, I didn't take a peak at the moon but the stars were shinning brighter then usual around this area earlier tonight. Too bad I missed a view of the eclipse.
 
It was pretty but there were these stupid clouds blocking the moon the majority of the time here in Miami.
