One of the most necessary eye openers, I have ever heard in Mgmt. Training, IS: "If you and your Boss always agree, then one of you is not necessary".

Thus I expect opposing views, and at times, try to execute as much, with a questionable or over the top remark. ON occasion not always.

Agreeing to disagree is essential for growth......!!!

Geez, this gives me flashback into the early early 80s.

After obliterating a job, done like pure shit, with Inspection Squawk Stickers lit up like a Xmas tree. This young kid who did the pitful job, got in my face, and said "you fucking asshole".....like a Earl Weaver, I turned my Bill around on my head, got Nose to Nose, and said, "I'd be damned offended, if you called me anything less than an asshole".....pure spontaneity....!

I thought that kid thought I was going to deck him, and was in the same position an hour later, as if he was still trying to figure out what just happened.

The 1st part is true, the second, a small exaggeration....!
