Are you guys going to buy this game, I am no doubt! I can't wait. Who on the game do you think is overrated and underrated, if you didn't know the ratings are out all over the place.Ben Roethlisberger at 91 is insaneP.K Sam at 67 is awful, even though he got hurt last season

I can't wait till Monday when I can get it, Circuit City always gives it out a day before it's supposed to come out.
 
Madden 06 looks great. Some new features like the QB Vision where you see the recievers in a 'cone'.

Even though, like IGN said, all Madden needs to do is update rosters and graphics to still be a great game, new features being released makes the #1 football franchise incredible. I'll be sure to pick it up Tuesday, Aug. 9 when it's released.IGN Madden 06 Review | Madden 06 Screenshots
 
I'll get it sometime this week hopefully. I didn't reserve it though, so I'll have to wait.
 
Im pickin mine up Tuesday after school.Last year I reserved it and they didnt have my copy in so I had to wait another week so hopefully this year they will be able to cover my reservation lol.
 
I don't have it reserved or anything, but I'm definitely going to get it. I started buying Maddin in '03 [Before I was a NFL Gameday buyer] and have loved it ever since, I'm hooked. I probably won't get it the first day it comes out, but more than likely somewhere in the first week.
 
I'm going to get in prob. a month or wait till the price goes down but i want it!
 
Marko you got school, I thought school for you kids didn't start untill September. Does anyone know if they will have like player interviews and stuff?
 
Yep,we started back on the 3rd.Its one step closer to year round school.I remember back in Elementary when we didnt have to go back untill after Labor Day.
 
Ya when I was in High School I didn't need to go back till like Auguest 31st. Note, I really hate the sounds of that QB Vison thing, I'm a little pissed about that.
 
I'll be getting it in a couple of weeks. Can't wait to export my RFTH to Superstar!
 
Yo check this story. I got to game stop one of the video game stores in my mall and I'm like "Do you got Madden" the guy said "Yea" and I'm like aight, I get my wallet out and he's like "Oh you have to come back at midnight tonight" I'm like WTF are you talking about..But that's gay only nerds would go at midnight to get madden. I'm just going to Circuit City tomr and getting it a 10:00.

Not only that, but theres like a $1,000 doller reward for selling a store out that did it if you call the right number.
 
Really? Didn't know that. But the thing is My mall closes at 10:00 pm so there going to open the mall at 12:00 just to sell a frekin video game, wow.
 
I live in Australia, so I have to wait until September 12th until I can get the game, which sucks major ass. Makes no sense as to why we get it so late.

That's b/s.) </div> lolI would get it imported from America, but American games are NTSC format, and Australian, Asia & European games are PAL format, so it wont work on my PS2 unless I fork out a fair bit for a mod chip or some sort of converter.

I got it this afternoon. Really great game. Big improvement from last year, too. Right when I got to the main menu I could tell that I would spend countless hours playing this game. So far just played an exhibtion against my brother, but haven't checked out the new features. Anyone else get it?
 
I just got it,the new nfl superstar mode is amazing.
 
I don't like the vision cone thing. It's annoying..But it's a lot more accurate.

There is an option, you know.At first I wasn't big on the QB vision cone, but once you get used to it, I'd rather have it on. Guess best thing is to keep playing and practice with it.
 
The Vision cone is cool, and so is the precision passing. Other than that...how do the rest of you like Madden 2005? :lol:SS mode is cool, but only because you can track stats and move your created player from team to team. All the rest of that mode is just a bunch of fluffed up text menus and stupid gimmicky garbage.And who said "Madden is the #1 pro football game!"??? ....Even if the game were in 2d and used a square shaped football, it'd still be the #1 pro football game in existance. That isn't really something to brag about anymore these days.
 
I loved the vision cone and precision passing right from the start. It's really a great game.The superstar mode is good, not amazing but good. I'm a 4th string QB for the Panthers.

Im the #2 reciever for the Colts.Also I have a dynasty with the Titans and im 3-1 so far.
 
All I've done his hit the practice mode and the log online and im 1-0 so far...
 
I havent gotten it yet I'm getting it either today tommorow or friday lol sometime this week
