Why not? Vince Young is an excellent choice.
 
LT, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning....all better choices for the cover.
 
I never even liked VY (beat my trojans in the champ game lol) but the dude needs mad props for what he's already accomplished in the NFL. He is way better than I thought he'd be. He doesn't get many props and we could use some fresh blood on the cover of things.
 
Prepare for Young to hit the "sophomore slump". That Madden curse is real :censored2:
 
Vince Young is my boy, but I agree that there are players that are far more deserving to be on the Madden cover at this point in time. Sure, he had a really good season last year, but he still wouldn't be my first choice to be on the cover next year.But then again, I wouldn't complain if he is on the cover. :dribble:
 
Im crazy pissed right now...weve already had Eddie George screwed over this...Young..great player and I love him...but hes a freaking idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!! Put Pacman on there, he'll sell games and beat the sh*t outve the curse when it comes..Its usually the young, up-n-rising stars who get on Madden covers...not suprising really.

Seriously though, it woulda been nice to see something new like a Champ Bailey or Asante Samuels on the cover. But yeah lotta great obvious choices- LT, Manning, Brees, Urlacher, etc.
 
If I was LT or Peyton, I would've said no thanks to the cover...that curse is real

Even Polamalu!
 
Or Shawne Merriman :PBut yeah, the Titans are screwed offensively anyway, so it doesn't matter that much. But I don't think he'll have a bad year.

They should have put Darrent Williams on the cover. What's he gonna do, tear an ACL?
 
People make too big of a deal over the Madden cover. Who cares.

I used to love Madden, but after buying Madden 07, I was REALLY disappointed, especially since I bought it for the 360. The transitions between the menus weren't smooth at all, and that was annoying. Gameplay and graphics didn't change much at all either... I just found a lot of problems with the game in general, and most 360 gamers agreed.It just seems like ever since they got the exclusive license from the NFL and eliminated the competition from 2K sports, Madden just went downhill.

I expect this to be amazing gameplay wise, the graphics are already sick.
