Madoff to plead guilty

There is no formal plea agreement in place but he's going to plead guilty on 11 counts of fraud and money laundering. According to experts Madoff probably struck a plea deal with the government behind the scenes, thus saving the government some face after the fiasco they faced when they let him out on bail.

Also, in a bit of a twist, it turns out two of Madoff's former clients were he's defense attorneys parents.

His attorneys are getting so much bread even though Madoff knows he's going to jail for the rest of his life.
