If I go into my twitter account I change my SlyPokerDog name to BigDickDog I would still have all of my tweets from SPD under the new account name. And someone else could grab the SlyPokerDog account name since I'm not using it anymore but they would not have any of my tweets or followers with their SPD account.

Mags didn't wipe his account, he changed the user name. That's why there are none of Mag's tweets on the Magnifier661 account.

I was just talking with someone about this and noticed this....

It says that the Magnifier661 account is suspended.

But as some of you pointed out there is a Magnifier661 account on Reddit.

It's like I said, Mags changed the name of the account but the tweets stayed with him.
