We only need to go 26-8 the rest of the way to get to .500. The way we played last night, if we’re healthy, it’s not impossible. 25-9 might even be good enough. Fuck the draft, let’s win the championship!!!

Scoot and Camara are both ascending, Reath is figuring out how to use his game. Ayton is growing comfortable and the team is feeding him. Walker is a great hustle guy, who is still inconsistent, but another 30 games playing at the 4 with the starters should give him a boost. Hopefully, Sharpe can come back and stay healthy and get things rolling.

I'm just happy that I don't see what y'all are seeing...I like this team a lot.

Please join the rest of us in reality.

Well it’s not the end of the world if they make the playoffs. They can still get GSW’s pick. All part of the master plan.

yeah, all Portland needs to do is go 25-9 or 26-8 the rest of the way to maybe squeeze into 10th seed. Post a .755 winning percentage the rest of the way when they are at currently at .313. Seems realistic

Brogdon's playing 35 minutes. Simons is playing 35 minutes.

Scoot is already only playing 22 minutes a game after being selected #3 in the draft.

How many minutes is Shaedon Sharpe going to get when he comes back?

I just want to win the next game....I don't worry about ping pong balls or play ins until they are a reality. Beating a good team is what makes me feel good about the team or taking one down to the wire win or lose. That's what I tune in for.

Probably most of the 35 minutes vacated by us trading Brogdon....

I will say that if Eric's fever dream were to actually come true and the Blazers won 3/4 of their games the rest of the way, I would be incredibly excited for the playoffs.

1993-94 Pacers were 16-23 at one point and reached the ECF.

that 1-6 road trip after 7 & 8 game losing streaks pretty much squandered any chance for Blazers playoffs. Plus... Cronin is the tankiest tanking manager i've ever seen in the NBA. I have no doubt Joe has fishing poles lined up for the good Blazers by the time March comes around.

LOL...so....you had to go back 30 years and point to a team that had a HOF-top-50 player while being 7 games under .500 with 43 games left in the season and compare that team to a Blazer team that is 18 games under .500 with 34 games left and say "see...it's happened before!"

stop digging, the hole is deep enough

After 39 games, the Blazers this year were *19* games under .500.

The last time they were only 7 games under .500 was after 19 games.

And theyre 9 games behind the 10th team.

Nothing wrong with being optimistic, but at least be realistic.

Just a few years ago, Miami Heat started 11-30 and finished 41-41. With D Waiters as their best player. Nurk Fever went 18-4. DominAyton going 25-9!

Also- yes, Pacers were 7 games under .500 but they climbed to 4 or 5 seed, I believe. We only need to get to 10 seed,

Not true. Blazers are currently only 8 games below the 10 seeded Jazz. Only 7 games behind in the loss column.
