Man Charged After Boy Says He Shocked Him With Jumper Cables

A Kansas man has been charged with abducting a 15-year-old boy and shocking him with jumper cables to get information about a robbery.

The Wichita Eagle ( http://bit.ly/1VmHqkP ) reports that 58-year-old Robert McDowell of Wichita was charged Tuesday with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery, aggravated assault and criminal threat in the attack early Sunday.
