I'd be double checking the local laws if I were them. Impound his car if you can or fine him if possible.

Or just send him a catalog from an air suspension company.

No one told him to lower his car....can't he just get it raised again? 30 extra miles....there has to be a quicker root even without speed bumps. They should check the speed bumps for damage and bill him
