Most likely... I think Memphis fans are nervous because they just saw Monroe, Aldridge and Jordan leave their teams for nothing.

It was reported, but nothing has been finalized. Meaning, nothing has been officially agreed to.

They shouldn't be nervous. Monroe was considered gone since before the season started and there was lots of talk about both LA/Jordan leaving before they left. There has been no talk about Gasol leaving.
