I really like him at UCONN, is he not leveling up the NBA talent, or do you just see him as a punk?</div>
There is a mixed bag. Some still have hope for him to become very good. Others have run out of hope for him. Others still were turned off by how he played early and the lack of advancement in his game.
You should have seen the hype after he was drafted.
There were some that were saying he'd be as good as Deron Williams

This was before the 16 point, 9 assist season of course.

I know if I don't include that disclaimer, someone will come around saying LOL MARCUS WILLIAMS AN ALL STAR NO WAY LAWLZ NETS FANS ARE DUMB </span>
</div>
Even with the qualifier, it was still a remarkably dumb statement and it wasn't many Nets fans.

He had a phenomenal summer league followed by an even better preseason. He was rated as the top rookie by some sports writers. Then, the NBA season started and people realized as one coach said "he couldnt guard a bank with a machine gun".
I have never heard Frank call out a player like he called out Williams last year. The rap is that he doesnt focus, that he may not have the love of the game players with lesser talent have. The guy needs a change of address...preferably in the Western Conference.
