Even if the Blazers were to win only one remaining game this season, if it were the April 10th game against the L*kers, and somehow eliminated them from the playoffs, I could honestly say I'd be a happy camper.

Friggin' flake show.

I want the Blazers to sit Lillard and Aldridge on Monday against the jazz. Lose to the jazz and beat the lakers, we could be the key to the Lakers missing the Playoffs.

We must make sure Kingspeed doesn't attend that game. I would hate if the Kingspeed jinx actually helped the lakers get in the playoffs.

We don't lose because Eric goes to the games. we lose because our center position is a joke defensively and we have no bench

but that's not as entertaining and eric has no control over that.

I disagree. If players drafted from Syracuse always suck and big white American always suck . . . well then Blazers lose because Eric goes to the games. :)

Upon watching that L*ker conspiracy thread vid.....well......it just ain't gonna happen....ain't gonna happen.

Losing to the Jazz - check
Beating the Lakers - fuck I hope so. That's the only game left I care about winning.

JAZZ: (4 Home, 3 Road)

Denver; New Orleans; @ Golden State; OKC; Minny; @ Minny; @ Memphis

L*KERS: (6 Home, 2 Road)

Dallas; Memphis; @ LAC; New Orleans; @ Blazers (HUGE); Golden State; San Antonio; Houston

Both of those are pretty tough runs. I think Lakers might be a smidgen tougher, but more home games.

Memphis, New Orleans, and Golden State are the x-factors.

I would love this so much.

Even if we don't win, I want Meyers Leonard to pull an Ariza on K*be.

Not a good start to this mess. :(

The L*kers are losing to the Clipp Show. If that holds, and the Jazz beat Golden State later this evening, then the Jazz will move into the 8th position (albeit, they will be tied in the loss column.)

It's appearing that Wednesday's game won't cast the L*kers playoff fate, but it's still a huge, huge game!

GO BLAZERS!!!

PS: The Jazz have the tie-breaker with the L*kers.

heh ;)

EL PRESIDENTE, Mags, and any others in the L.A. area....when the L*kers are ousted from the playoffs, please be sure your vehicle isn't anywhere in the downtown area. I have a feeling things aren't gonna be going too well down there......

84-76 Jazz...under 9 minutes to go!

Man, it's a nail-biter! 93-90 Jazz...under a minute left!

JAZZ WIN!!... JAZZ WIN!!... JAZZ WIN!!... JAZZ WIN!!... JAZZ WIN!!... JAZZ WIN!!... JAZZ WIN!!...

The house'll be rockin' on Wednesday. If the Blazers beat the L*kers, it'll almost feel like a playoff win. It'll be too early to actually knock them out of the playoffs, but I hope it makes a HUGE dent!

From the L.A. Times:

Why even dredge up the Lakers' 4-17 record in Portland since 2002? Either they win there this week or they don't, and if it's the latter, it might mean the end of their playoff chances.

The article also noted that L@kers have not swept a back to back all season for the first time in history. A must win game tonight against N.O. followed by a game in their worst venue. I hope we plaster them.

With a couple fights thrown in for fun!

Do we have any fighters? Leonard v. Howard might be good. I'm not sure there are any guys on the team now who would get into it. I miss Joel (the American one).
