Jokes on them... They aren't getting the first round pick anyway!

I'm not really mad at the trade, AAA was a player who fit the 6th man on a possible contender role. It was just when Wes went down and then AAA got hurt it went downhill.

Barton also cut into CJs minutes, I rather have CJ over Barton any day of the week.
 
I never thought Harkless lacked a motor. He's been shooting 51% from 2 and 35% from 3. So that's efficient scoring, and got length and athleticism on defense. He's just not a primary or secondary option on offense so he doesn't take a ton of shots.

I would agree with this. I can see where people might think it because the expression on his face rarely shows any emotion. But the way he plays D and goes after rebounds suggests to me that he has a pretty good motor.
 
Mason has played really well. His pick and rolls with Dame are impressive; and his ability to lead a 4v3 when Dame gets trapped have really helped our team. The last few years teams have trapped Dame at critical times and in the 4th quarter that caused us to struggle mightily. With Mason's ability to set up the offense from the top of the key we finally have an answer. Before the season I feared since he can't shoot from out there our spacing would have problems but it turns out his dribbling and passing are just as if not more effective than shooting.

Keep it up Mason!

Another great game. Also like how opposing players think they can intimidate him but he doesn't back down from anyone.
 
It's funny, with Plumlee all his stats are noticeable. You never look at the score board and are surprised by the number of points, assists, steals, blocks he has. Good or bad? Probably neither but he sure is fun to watch.
 
I loved that FB he handled... By himself and finished with the dunk!

I love Joel, I love Robin.... But Plums is better equipped for today's NBA.
 
Dude has so much game, Terry's encouragement and more PT are doing wonders for him. If he can get stronger on D a bit, he has that C position on lockdown for the near future. Love the hustle and athleticism.
 
I can't think of too many centers that are as good all around. Cousins is the only one that comes to mind in the west. I bet plumlee could be a legit 18ppg guy if Stotts ran more plays for him down low. Even Rice mentioned how the team should look to run plays for plumlee more.
 
His passing has been a huge surprise.

I dont see that comparison at all./ Plumlee can dripple MUCH better and ( I cant believe Im saying this) a much better looking 12ft jumper. Plumlee can RUN on defense. Noah is better in half court D for sure and probably still better at boxing out, but I dont see the comparison to him at all. I see Plumlee possibly turning out to be more of a David Robinson who can dribble the ball if He can play some lock down half court D.
I say this of course assuming he will progress over the next two years like he has over the last 6 months. His per 36 are all star caliber numbers right now.
 
That orgasmic love I felt for Robin when he was on the court and he was like, "Yo, I'm your center and I got this on lockdown...."

Plums doubles that.
 
After watching the game last night, it's clear to me Joakim Noah is no longer as good as mason plumlee.
 
I'm on record as saying that this season, Stotts is playing with the pieces NO provided, and basically trying to determine who is a keeper (building block) and who isn't. This far into the season it's apparent that Plumlee and Davis are building blocks for the future, and both make NO look better and better every game. The other new players were worth the minimal gamble NO took and the jury is still out on them. But with the direction the game is currently going. Plumlee is exactly the kind of center this (and any other) team needs....unless you can get an AD, KAT or or a Boogie with an attitude transplant. We'd be nuts to trade Plums for anything else.....

I was actually pretty happy about getting him. I love intelligent players.
