I would brighten the pick up a bit with a screen. The bg is cool but it looks like it is missing something.

Only complaints are that the subtext and the main text barely go together here but everything else looks great. Awesome use of colors.

I think you should try a jersey switch and post it as a V2. I think it would look perfect with that, and of course fix the subtext.
